Site content, binder templates, and prepared materials remain our intellectual property unless a written engagement letter states otherwise. Clients receive usage rights for personal and heir recovery purposes.
4. Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate information during intake, attend scheduled sessions, and safeguard delivered materials. You must not request that we store or transmit seed phrases electronically.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of South Korea, we are not liable for asset loss resulting from holder actions, third-party services, market movements, or heir deviations from delivered documentation. Our liability for documented services is limited to fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Systemheatherline Co., Ltd. against claims arising from misuse of delivered materials or false information you provide.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Busan, South Korea.
8. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
