Emergency Access Documentation · Busan, South Korea
Emergency Access Documentation Package

Who this is for

Holders who maintain hardware wallets, paper backups, or multisig arrangements away from connected devices—and who want heirs to recover access without improvising from scattered notes.

Process

  1. Scope call (45 minutes) — We confirm devices, signers, storage sites, and who should receive the binder.
  2. Intake sessions (two × 90 minutes) — You walk us through each arrangement verbally. We take structured notes; you never share seed phrases over email.
  3. Draft review — You verify descriptions and step order. We correct gaps before printing.
  4. Heir briefing (60 minutes) — Designated heirs learn where the binder lives and how to use it under supervision.
  5. Sealed delivery — Physical binder handover or registered courier within South Korea.

What you receive

A indexed binder describing each wallet’s role, where backups sit, which keys require co-signers, and the order of operations for recovery. Maps reference locations and contacts—not secret material.

Preparation

Gather a list of devices, backup locations, and co-signer contact methods before intake. Block calendar time without interruptions; sessions cannot be rescheduled within 48 hours without a fee.

Next step

Contact us with your wallet count and heir count for a written quote within three business days.
