Scope
This policy applies to professional documentation services booked with Systemheatherline Co., Ltd. It does not cover third-party purchases such as Microsoft Store apps referenced on this site.
Deposits
A 40% deposit secures intake session dates. Deposits are refundable if you cancel more than 14 days before the first scheduled intake. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit unless we can reallocate the slot.
Full package refunds
After intake begins, fees become non-refundable because staff time and draft materials are allocated. If we cancel an engagement, we refund all fees paid.
Partial refunds
If we fail to deliver agreed materials by the written deadline through our fault, you may receive a partial refund or expedited completion at no extra charge, at our discretion.
Consultations and briefings
Recovery Planning Consultations and Heir Briefing Sessions are refundable with 48 hours notice before the scheduled start. Late cancellations are charged in full.
Vault coordination
Travel costs invoiced separately are refundable only when cancellation occurs before travel is booked.
Non-refundable items
- Completed binders already sealed and delivered
- Rush fees once work has started
- Third-party courier charges after dispatch
- Revision rounds beyond the included allowance
Refund process
Email hello@systemheatherline.click with your engagement reference. Approved refunds process within 14 business days to the original payment method within South Korea.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule per intake session with at least 48 hours notice. Additional reschedules within 48 hours incur ₩80,000 administrative fee.
No-shows
Missing a scheduled session without notice counts as a completed session and is non-refundable.
Disputes
Contact us first. Unresolved disputes fall under the governing law stated in our Terms of Service.
