Systemheatherline Co., Ltd. is the official registered business name operating this practice. We were established in 2019 in Busan after our founders spent several years helping relatives navigate scattered wallet notes following a family illness.
Origin
The practice began when a hardware wallet holder in Haeundae asked for a single binder his spouse could follow without calling overseas exchanges. We spent weeks mapping storage sites, co-signer roles, and recovery order—work that belonged on paper, not in chat logs. Word spread among holders who wanted the same clarity without handing custody to a third party.
What we do
We prepare emergency access documentation for long-term digital asset safekeeping. That means structured interviews, written recovery maps, heir briefings, and sealed binders. We do not hold keys, move assets, or provide investment guidance.
People
Yoon Seo-jin leads intake and binder preparation. She previously managed compliance documentation at a regional trust services firm and holds a certification in information governance.
Park Han-gyeol coordinates on-site vault visits across Gyeongsang and translates materials between Korean and English when families require both.
Working approach
We treat every engagement as archival work: precise language, numbered steps, and explicit exclusions. Sessions happen in our Busan office or by secure video. We never request seed phrases by email and we do not photograph sensitive material on site.

Clarity over convenience. Written instructions heirs can follow under stress. Respect for the holder’s choice to remain offline. Honest scope limits—we say when legal or tax questions belong with licensed professionals.
